Chain-Fed Flexo Printing Machine
Main features:
1) It is equipped with 360 degree planetary gearing mechanism. The gear motor power is 0.37kw. 200-point rotary encoding sensor.
2) Pneumatic inking pump.
3) Pneumatic lock for each group and the whole.
4) Each printing unit is controlled to lock or loosen by electro with electromagnetic safety clutch.
5) The ink roller is raised to inking via pneumatic lift.
6) Pneumatic inking.
7) Locking unit for the machine as a whole.
8) Warning alarm for safe operation.
9) Equipped with automatic lubrication system.
Transmission section:
1) All the transmission gears use 45# chrome steel after high-frequency quenching and grinding in accordance with national standard.
2) All the transmission rolls are made of high quality steel with the chrome plated and grinding surface.
